Finally succumbed to the CrossFit craze. I decided to start doing something now before it’s too late. I’ve been at 2x’s week on Monday’s and Friday’s since 8/9. This week, I’ll be going to 3x’s by adding Tuesday’s. Wednesday’s are reserved for basketball and Thursday’s reserved for volleyball. Any kind of transformation will take some time so other than the sore legs from Friday, nothing’s happening…yet. I have a basketball game tomorrow so we’ll see how that goes. Legs are still sore!!
